Seljax is seeking talented and motivated individuals to work on the design and implementation of interactive three-dimensional software. The ideal candidate is skilled at object-oriented programming and using vector-based mathematics to manipulate three-dimensional objects. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential. Familiarity with design patterns and mastery of data-structures and algorithms on trees and graphs will be recognized as assets. Familiarity with relational-databases and the construction industry will also be recognized as assets. .

Senior Customer Service Specialist

Seljax requires a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic and growing company. This talented individual will possess exceptional leadership, people management and motivational capabilities. The primary focus of this position is to manage and resolve escalating customer issues, and administer large key accounts. The Senior Customer Service Specialist will be accountable for enforcing the highest quality operational standards for customer satisfaction and service quality, and will bring expertise in developing customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction. The Senior Customer Service Specialist will also be required to troubleshoot and resolves non-routine customer complaints as well as solve chief problems with special requests, payment issues and service inquiries. Your exceptional management, motivational, and leadership skills will direct and develop the service team in assigning and following up with orders, and monitoring and managing workload levels.

 

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this person will be:

Ensure high quality assurance for customer service.

Effective resolution of customer inquiry/complaints.

Assist in implementing policies, procedures, new systems and initiatives.

Manage and direct staff and ensure that staff is effectively trained, coached and motivated.

Develop goals and objectives for staff to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Create and inspire a positive business environment.

Perform other duties as required.
